1. AMENDMENTS TO CONSTITUTION
The provisions of this Constitution may be amended by a majority of not less than 75% of those present and voting at an Annual General Meeting or duly convened Extraordinary General Meeting, provided that the number of members present and entitled to vote at such a meeting is not less than thirty per cent [30%] of the total membership of the Associations who are entitled to vote.
2. DISSOLUTION
The Association may be dissolved by the vote of not less than 75% of those present and voting at duly convened Extraordinary General Meeting. The quorum of such a meeting shall be fifty per cent [50%] of the total membership of the Association. All the assets of the Association, after settlement of all its debts and payment of all its liability, shall be disposed of in such a manner as the National Executive Committee may deem fit
3. INDEMNITIES
All office bearers and employees of the Association and all members of the National Executive Committee while acting in the bona fide exercise of their duties under this Constitution shall be indemnified by the Association against any loss, cost or expense consequent upon their acts unless the same occurs through his/her own willful act or default.
4. DISCIPLINARY ACTION
The National Executive committee shall have powers to suspend or de-register a member of Branch for conduct deemed injurious to the interests or contrary to the objectives of the Association. Such decision shall remain valid unless received by an Extraordinary General Meeting.
